The Crisis24 Hotline service is available to all Otsuka employees travelling abroad and provides peace of mind that, in the event of any security or medical concerns, assistance is only a call away.

Business Travel Accident Insurance
This company-provided benefit, administered by The Chubb Corporation, provides support for you and your family in the event of an accident, illness, or other unexpected event during work travel. You are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident, regardless if you enroll in other Otsuka provided plans at no cost to you.
The insurance coverage provides up to 5 times your base pay with a maximum of $1 million. Emergency medical evacuation is also included. For additional information or to file a claim, please contact the Otsuka AVA Contact Center.
